Can girls play for both a varsity and a Little League softball team the same year?

Author: It seems unfair to the other girls on the Little League team if the High School junior varsity girls are allowed to play on their team as well on the varsity team. Wondering if anyone knows what the regulations are on this.
How fast can you throw a baseball in Little League?
I’m in my last year of little league and i’m a pitcher. I need to know if i throw average or too slow (or fast). Post how old you are and how fast you throw.
How do I start a summer traveling little league baseball team?
My community has a little league that runs through mid-June, but my kids want to play throughout the summer. There are teams in neighboring towns, but not one where I live.

whats the difference between little league and highschool baseball?
im trying out for the JV baseball team and ive only played little league before. what are some differences in the two. like i know that the pitching distance is further the field is larger and u travel to other schools. anything im missing?

How fast do little league pitchers throw?
How hard to most little league pitchers throw (11, 12, and 13 years old) how many mph? Also do they usually throw breaking balls like curve balls and sliders? What types of pitches do they mostly throw? I want to know because my brother is going to play next year and he wants to know what kind of pitching he will be facing. Also what are the dimentions of a little league field?
